Her approach

How you’re treated matters. In every sense.

  • Calm
  • Compassionate
  • Reassuring
  • Approachable

Danielle believes the quality of your experience matters alongside the quality of the treatment itself. Not only whether the right thing was done, but whether you felt listened to, comfortable, properly informed and unhurried while it was.

That is the standard behind every Nurse Suite appointment. You will be given time. You will be told what is going to happen and why. Your questions are answered before anything goes ahead, and if something is not right for you, you will hear that too.

Her professional story

Fourteen years on the ward, and the years before that.

Danielle worked in healthcare for a number of years before qualifying as a nurse. Since registering with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, most of her clinical experience has been in Trauma and Orthopaedics, with time across other areas of healthcare as well. Her career progressed through three roles, each building on the last.

  1. First

    Staff Nurse

Hands-on clinical care and assessment in Trauma and Orthopaedics, where people are often recovering from serious injury and surgery. The foundation of everything that followed.

  2. Then

    Sister

A senior role on the ward, with responsibility for the standard of care on shift and for the nurses delivering it. Patient safety stopped being a personal standard and became something she was accountable for across a team.

  3. Most recently

    Clinical Practice Educator

Part of the senior nursing team in the Trauma and Orthopaedic division, supporting and educating healthcare professionals to deliver safe, high-quality care. Mentoring, staff development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice became her daily work.

Patient safety and education

She taught other nurses how to keep patients safe.

A Clinical Practice Educator is the nurse a hospital trusts to set and teach its standard of care. Here is what that means for you.

What the role involved

Educating and supporting nurses and other healthcare professionals so that care on the ward was safe, consistent and evidence-based. Mentoring staff and students. Leading quality improvement when something could be done better.

Alongside this, Danielle completed a postgraduate certificate in healthcare education at Master's level, and holds Intermediate Life Support and Trauma Care After Resuscitation training.

What it means for your appointment

  • You are assessed properly before anything is done, because that is the habit of someone who taught safe practice for a living.
  • You are told clearly what is happening and why. Explaining things well is a skill she has practised on colleagues, students and patients for years.
  • Your appointment is given the time it needs. Nothing about the way she works is built around hurrying.
  • If something is not appropriate for you, she will say so. Safety is the reason she trained.
Professional recognition

Patient safety, recognised by the people she worked alongside.

A Greatix is the system hospitals use to record care that went well. Danielle's was written by a colleague who worked with her for three years.

The nomination describes a nurse who genuinely cares about the people around her and puts patient safety first. Someone who works so that staff and students feel knowledgeable, confident and supported; who brings ideas for improving the ward and the team, and follows them through; who makes time to listen, including as a Here 4 You Champion; and who stays professional and respectful while being warm and approachable. The words her colleague chose were role model.

Beyond the clinical role

Roles held alongside her clinical work

Not qualifications, but three roles that say a great deal about how colleagues saw her: someone others could turn to.

  • Safeguarding Supervisor

Supporting colleagues with safeguarding concerns: the situations where a patient's safety and wellbeing depend on someone noticing, and acting.

  • Wellbeing Ambassador

Looking after the wellbeing of the staff in her division, so that the people delivering care were themselves supported.

  • Freedom to Speak Up Champion

The person colleagues could speak to in confidence when something was not right, and trust to listen, stay professional and help.

Why The Nurse Suite

Nursing standards, brought to aesthetics and wellness.

Danielle saw the growing demand for aesthetic and wellness treatments, and how often they were offered without the things she considers non-negotiable: a proper assessment, honest information, and someone who takes responsibility for you.

The Nurse Suite is her answer: medical aesthetics, blood testing and wellness, delivered personally in a professional clinical setting, at your pace, with safety at the centre of every appointment.

  • Clinical safety
  • Education
  • Compassion
  • Individualised care
The clinical team

Experienced professionals. A shared commitment to care.

The Nurse Suite is founded and led by Danielle, with Mr Khalid Mohamedfaris as Medical Director and business partner. Two professionals, one standard: understand the individual first, then treat.

Mr Khalid Mohamedfaris, Medical Director of The Nurse Suite

Mr Khalid Mohamedfaris

Medical Director · MBBS, MSc, MRCS · Trauma & Orthopaedic Registrar

Khalid is a Trauma and Orthopaedic Registrar who graduated in Medicine from Khartoum and holds a Master's degree in Orthopaedic Surgery from Queen Mary University of London. He has been practising medicine since 2016.

While he thrives in the fast-paced, high-pressure world of trauma surgery, Khalid combines this with a meticulous and considered approach to patient care. He believes that good healthcare starts with understanding the individual, their lifestyle, priorities and what matters most to them, rather than simply treating a set of symptoms.

Alongside his surgical practice, Khalid has a strong interest in holistic health, wellbeing and helping people feel at their best. His approach is centred on providing thoughtful, personalised support that complements a healthy lifestyle and gives patients that extra push when they need it, without unnecessarily medicalising everyday health and wellbeing.

For Khalid, modern healthcare is not only about treating illness; it is also about helping people take a proactive, informed and balanced approach to their health.
