How it works, and what to expect.
The practical page. What happens when you get in touch, where appointments take place, how booking works, what a consultation is for, and the questions people ask before they enquire.
How appointments work
An enquiry, not a booking. Three steps, and Danielle is the person at every one of them.
- 01
Send an enquiry
Use the enquiry form and tell us which service you’re interested in and how we can contact you. Or message on WhatsApp. You do not need to know the name of a treatment. Submitting the form does not confirm an appointment. Blood tests are arranged through The Blood Clinic UK.
- 02
Discuss your appointment
Danielle will contact you to discuss your enquiry, appointment availability and next steps. Some services need a consultation before treatment, and IV therapy always will; if one is needed it is arranged first, and nothing goes ahead until you have decided.
- 03
Confirm your booking
Once your appointment has been agreed, you’ll receive a secure payment link for any applicable deposit, and your appointment is confirmed. Appointments available across Surrey. Location details confirmed when arranging your appointment. The appointment is given the time it needs. Home appointments may be available by arrangement. Additional travel charges may apply.
Consultations
What a consultation is for, and which services need one.
A consultation is an unhurried conversation and assessment before any treatment. Danielle listens to what you are hoping for, assesses whether it is appropriate for you, explains what a treatment can and cannot do, and answers your questions. You then decide, with the full picture and without pressure. If something is not right for you, you will hear that too.
Medical Aesthetics
Always begins with a consultation. It is the first appointment, not an optional extra. For lines and wrinkles, see the consultation and treatment options.
Blood Testing & Phlebotomy
Danielle explains the arrangement and confirms what applies when you enquire. How blood testing works.
IM Injections
An assessment of suitability before any injection. Danielle confirms what applies when you enquire.
IV Wellness
Not currently available. When it is, every IV client will have a consultation and health assessment first.
Appointments across Surrey
Appointments available across Surrey. Location details confirmed when arranging your appointment.
The Nurse Suite is a Surrey-based practice. Appointments are available across Surrey in a professional, welcoming setting, without a waiting room, at a pace set by you. The location for your appointment is confirmed with you when it is arranged.
Home appointments
Home appointments may be available by arrangement. Additional travel charges may apply. If you would like to be seen at home, say so when you enquire and Danielle will confirm whether it can be arranged for the service you are interested in.
What Danielle needs from you
- Which service you are interested in, and anything you would like her to know beforehand.
- For a home appointment by arrangement: your postcode, and a suitable, private space.
Preparing for your appointment
The general things. Anything specific to your treatment, Danielle tells you beforehand.
- Write down any questions you have. There will be time for them.
- If a consultation is part of your service, it comes first, and nothing goes ahead until you have decided.
- Danielle will tell you in advance if there is anything specific to do, or not do, before your appointment.
- If you are nervous, say so. It will be taken at your pace.
After your appointment
Aftercare, follow-up, and how to reach Danielle if something is on your mind.
Before you part, Danielle explains what to expect afterwards for the service you have had and how to contact her if you have a question. Anything specific to your treatment is given to you at the appointment, not left for you to look up.
If you have a question or concern afterwards
Contact Danielle directly by email at support@thenursesuite.com, or on WhatsApp, and say when your appointment was and what you have noticed.
If you have an urgent medical concern
This website and the enquiry form are not for urgent medical problems. If you think you need urgent help, call 999 in an emergency or contact NHS 111.
Blood test results
Results are provided through The Blood Clinic UK's results service, typically in around two to three days. How blood testing works, from enquiry to results, on the Blood Testing page.
Payments and cancellations
Confirmed with you when your appointment is arranged.
Treatment prices are not published. Prices, how payment is taken, and the terms for cancelling or rearranging are confirmed with you by Danielle when your appointment is arranged, before anything is booked. Blood test costs are set and confirmed by The Blood Clinic UK when you book. Where a deposit applies, Danielle sends a secure payment link once your appointment has been agreed; no payment is taken through this website.
