Who we are
The Nurse Suite is a nurse-led medical aesthetics, blood testing and wellness practice based in Surrey, founded by Danielle Davies, Registered Nurse. For anything in this policy, email support@thenursesuite.com.
What we collect through this website
When you send an appointment enquiry we collect your name, email address, contact telephone number, the service you are interested in, a treatment of interest if you choose one, your preferred appointment location, a preferred date and time of day if you give them, and anything you write in the message box. The form asks you not to include medical history, symptoms, medication details or photographs. Anything relevant to your care is discussed with Danielle directly, not through this website.
If you email us, we hold your email and whatever you choose to tell us in it. This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising tools.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, discuss availability and arrange an appointment with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement for treatment, and our legitimate interest in running the practice and responding to the people who contact it. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell or share them with anyone for their own purposes.
Who processes it
Enquiries are received through Netlify Forms, part of the service that hosts this website (Netlify, Inc.), and delivered by email to support@thenursesuite.com. Netlify stores each submission so that it can be delivered and reviewed. Our email is handled by our email provider.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and arrange any appointment, and then deleted from the website form service. Information you give Danielle for your care is held in your clinical record, which is kept in line with professional record-keeping requirements and is separate from this website.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for it in a portable form. To do any of these, email support@thenursesuite.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If the way this website collects or uses information changes, this page will be updated and the date below revised.
